A short ceremony in the town hall, a 10 minute wander for photos and then to the pub for drinks and cake with your favourite people.

Am completely obsessed with this wedding.
I hadn’t expected so much Holywood glamour at a wedding with flower meadows. And yet here we are.
Complete and utter perfection.

The quiet difficulty (because let’s not over-cook it here) about sharing carousels or reels is that a lot of images get lost in the noise.
And so it’s nice, every now and then, to re-share single files.
Maybe I’ll make it a Monday thing.
Especially as this is monochrome.
I need another ‘m’ for the Monday Monochrome alliteration to really pop.
It doesn’t feel like a Monday.
That’s self-employment for you. I rarely have much of an idea as to what day it is. Unless I’m at a wedding. In which case it’s probably Saturday.
Tom and I, this past weekend, had our first day off together-at-the-same-time since Mum died last year.
How bonkers is that?
And, yes. I’m completely trying not to make direct eye contact with the fact that it’ll be a year in a few weeks. But we do have progress. I haven’t cried every single bloody day this week.
On reflection, I probably actually have. But, as they say, never let facts stand in the way of a good story.
